Shipping and Returns Policy

Free shipping across Canada
We ship everywhere in Canada. Shipping is free, with no minimum purchase required.
Delivery times
- Order processing: 1 to 2 business days;
- Delivery: 7 to 9 business days after shipping.
Therefore, please allow a total of 8 to 11 business days from the confirmation of your order to its delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email; you can also track your package on the Track my order page.
If your order is not delivered within 30 days of the scheduled date, you may cancel it and receive a refund, as provided for in Article 7 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Order cancellation
To cancel an order, please write to us as soon as possible at contact@mama-pop.com. We can cancel it as long as it has not yet been shipped. An order that has already been shipped can be returned to us under our 90-day guarantee.
Shipping address
Please check your address carefully before confirming your order. To correct it, write to us promptly: modifications are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
We are not responsible for a package that is not delivered due to an inaccurate or incomplete address, or a refused package. If the package is returned to us, we will offer you, at your choice, a reshipment or a refund, minus the shipping costs incurred, once the package has been returned to us.
Returns
Are you not satisfied or have you changed your mind? You have 90 days from receipt of your order to return an unused product in its original packaging. Write to us at contact@mama-pop.com: we will provide you with the procedure to follow and the return address. All conditions are listed in our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.
