These terms of use govern your use of the mama-pop.com website (the "Site"), operated by Mama-Pop. By browsing the Site, you accept them. Your purchases are governed by our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the processing of your personal information by our Privacy Policy.
Access to the Site
The Site is accessible free of charge, in principle at all times. Access may, however, be interrupted, notably for maintenance work or in cases of force majeure. We do our best to restore access as quickly as possible.
Acceptable use
By using the Site, you agree not to:

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec. They do not deprive you of any protection granted to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of your place of residence.
